Owners Meg and Jerry Murray, the two “M’s” of PROJECT M, pull from more than 30 years of collective wine industry experience to craft elegant wines from distinctive sites in the Willamette Valley. Meg and Jerry live to fill their customers’ glasses with “an experience of beauty.” PROJECT M works with growers of premium fruit in the Willamette Valley, all of whom share the same deep respect and reverence for the land.
Chef de Cuisine Krista Matheis will take you on a culinary journey through the Pacific Northwest with locally-sourced ingredients. The Lake House at Caldera Springs offers casual lakeside dining with majestic views of Mt. Bachelor.
